At last some leg room for driver in conventional tap changer locos. There are some pedal switches located in that space also just like the three-phase locos. Notice the red-maroon button just above this person's shirt sleeve fold.

Another simulator at the training school is the troubleshooting simulator for conventional tap changer locomotive. This is the machine room of the same and one can clearly see the pantograph and the flasher light. The rear panto is also there which is not
