Beautiful portrait!

Excellent use of depth of field, Shanx! I really like the way you have the train just intrude into the scene. I confess I did not even see it on my first viewing, so it was a real delight to see it creeping into my consciousness.

On a curve - outskirts on JBP

We are debating merits of advertising on trains, "Kurkure Express" etc. but here this NG train seem to be already in the fray :-)

Must say I am impressed by your memory. This is facing ADI. Google earth shows the alignment for the bypass line. Might be interesting to take a walk there one of these days.

If I am not mistaken, this is facing Ahmedabad. Sad to see the dilapidated state of the yard. When I traveled on the MG DEE-ADI Exp. back in December of 2000, we crossed the yard at dawn and came to a halt just after it. There is an ADI bypass line that takes off just after the yard to join the line towards Sabarmati. Wonder if it's still there.

Full rake from Bhongir Hill

Great catch, Dilip. The panoramic view adds great grandeur! All the heat and sweat have been worth it!
