A CNB WAG7# 27985 quite resembling a WAP4 approaches Saphale station. (Arzan Kotval)

Thanks everyone. I am glad that you all liked it.I should consider myself lucky to see this rare spotting.
In other words,I can also describe it as a WAP4 hauled freight train. This WAG7 is almost a carbon copy of WAP4. Only difference is the MU cables and the length of this loco is longer than the WAP4's.

Yeah right, Harsh! A train's gonna come on this track at 140kmph na and "catch the slum dwellers by surprise"! Look at the condition of the track.. the train will have to come so slow that even a snail can move out of the way!

The most logical explanation would be that the rake started off with a Diesel. But mid way an electric had to be attached to get the job done. Had the Diesel been leading it could have been the otherway around.
