Lovely shot. Picture period is December 1987 so did the white-red livery of EMU exist that time? I thought it was an invention of mid 90's.

Rajendra has sent me updates of the status. The loco will not be retrieved. It has ended its codal life and CR has taken a decision that the loco will be cannibalized at the site.
