	Neil I don't think it is silly....It may be a safety issue, both for the trespasser as well as for the train passengers....An engine driver may, in the spur of the moment, brake to avoid hitting a trespasser thereby causing a derailment. Same reason why crossing big streets at locations other than pedestrian crossings is an offense...more commonly called as jaywalking. The fact that these laws are not enforced is another matter. 	kharadzarirvariyava@rediffmail.com Its not a new loco, but has undergone a thourgh cleaning and painting at the Kalyan loc Shed where it is homed. Was the Pune-Mumbai Indrayani Express being hauled by a single or double WCAM3's? Generally, the train is hauled by twin WCAM3's, the trailing loco being dead. What a classic loco that!!!
