Hi, are you sure it was Shakurbasti (SSB)? #16636 is a TKD loco (as in 2003) and the livery of this loco is the same as the erstwhile TKD livery.

Was the WDM2 stationary ? The way
the points are set, it should
come to the leftmost line in the
foreground where the straight path
is not opened...

Wow I have never seen these before. But looking at the pic, I wnder if its a new rake or cosmetic surgery. case in point is the headlamp assembly.. the regular single beam enclosure retrofitted with twin beams. What say you guys?

Check out the almost camouflaged outfit of the elderly gentleman doing the stunt on the WDS.

The loco on the left looks attractive especially because of the inverted lines as compared to the normal style. I can somehow imagine a Raj hauled by one of these guys.

Experts please correct but the second loco looks like 22360 from ED. Probably hauled the coro. Is IGP trip shed so big? Would like to see SBC like this some day.

Just an educated guess - the 'G' suggests Great Indian Peninsula Railway which broadly corresponded with the current Central Railway. They had a number 460 which was an 0-6-0 built in 1883. The numberplate looks like the GIPR style too.
