Just an educated guess - the 'G' suggests Great Indian Peninsula Railway which broadly corresponded with the current Central Railway. They had a number 460 which was an 0-6-0 built in 1883. Hi, are you sure it was Shakurbasti (SSB)? #16636 is a TKD loco (as in 2003) and the livery of this loco is the same as the erstwhile TKD livery.
