I had spotted SBC-UBL Intercity Express behind a single WDP-4 on my way to SBC. I had also spotted Rani Chenamma Exp and LTT-CBE Exp behind twin WDP-4s. This could be the one off case.

hmmmm.....too much over exposure, IMHO. look at the FOB.
Keep the iso below 100, otherwise the shot will look "fake". i would have used F4.0, ISO 50, 8 secs for this shot....

Jimmy, if i may suggest something, try to use manual mode for night shots. keep the ISO at 50, and keep the lens at complete wide angle, which will allow you to use f 2.8 (the lowest f no. on the A95)......adjust the shutter speed as per the lighting......but for best results keep it near to 4 secs.........try it out and let us see the results!
