Good Pic, Abhijit, I am quite sure that, the blotches on the top right are dust on the sensor. It may be a good idea to find a way of removing it. Posted by Rohit Mohan on 2006 Mar 25 21:06:42 +0000 |

Nice photo Abhijit! Bizzy, the rails probably are not that curved but because of the telephoto of about 100mm used, they are compressed. The rails are to replace the old rails. Posted by Rohit Mohan on 2006 Mar 25 21:05:33 +0000 |

I don´t know if it is a 1st class coach because I travelled in the last one and that was definitely a 3rd class coach. Anyone else know Posted by Lars-Åke Holst on 2006 Mar 25 20:42:22 +0000 |

I agree, it must be Sukna station. I was so sure it was Siliguri because we passed it and I saw a lot of MG waggons to my left but we must have stopped i little bit further on and when I saw a map i realise it must be Sukna. Posted by Lars-Åke Holst on 2006 Mar 25 20:38:55 +0000 |

A "neat" view, thanks to the wireless territory! Why are there so many of those curved rails in the foreground? - Makes for an interesting view nevertheless~! Posted by Bizzy Mishra on 2006 Mar 25 20:17:54 +0000 |

Sorry folks, Yet another CORRECTION : It's 22304 and NOT 22314. Here's the loco again, spotted today on its way back to LGD : http://i1.tinypic.com/s5vmhd.jpg Posted by Bizzy Mishra on 2006 Mar 25 18:22:12 +0000 |
