This "delhi livery" is common here.The last car is the old model ICF-made power car while the rest(trailers) are ICF made "MMTS-type" new coaches.They are technically compatible to be coupled/Mu'ed.

The fact that the coach is just after the loco makes me believe that it is not meant for travelers. Normally extra coaches are attached along with regular coaches of that class of accomodation.

Looks like the thread of smoke is coming out of the EOG car and not from the loco funnel.
