Its quite common nowadays.All Delhi bound Up and Down trains are alotted Delhi ISL tickets.Even I was issued a Delhi ISL PNR when I travelled by 2650 NZM-YPR Karnataka Express from SC.

If the trains stop for any unexpected reason at this station, they really need to power up the loco till it moves past the Neutral Section. No problems for diesels though ;-D

It is surely a repainted loco. WAG-7s have crossed the 27850 limit (IMO). I have seen 27847
