I must have seen this pic three four times since yesterday, every time it makes me think about this elderly man, who in spite of all the hardships can manage a captivating smile. I hope he is happy and content wherever he is.

Some of the WPs did have names, even though I do not think there was any official policy to give locomotives real names. One that comes to my mind is "Sanjay" and a Saharanpur based WP "Rehmat".
