i dont think its welding as chances for the same during a shedule is minimum...then battery charging??i suppose batteries are charged after removing it from the loco....

Yes rohit, Its one reason due to the pollution levels in bangalore have risen three fold.Dec 31st expereinced same conditions for a longer time.
