Pantograph without OHE looks kinda strange!!! At NRM in Delhi, there is OHE for a few meters over WAM-1, WAG-1 and the old Mumbai suburban EMU.

Although looking like a WDG3A, this is a WDS6 AD or ADT (depending on the source of reference). One can infer the smaller power pack by the size of the radiators. Note the high adhesion trucks (the "AD or ADT" in the nomenclature) and the high short hood without dynamic brakes and thus the missing topside brake grid vent.
