Covered wagons are meant for payloads that may suffer damage from the elements. Hence 'covered' ;-). The wagons are on their usual bogies. They seem to be of lesser length than regular BCNA wagons to compensate for increased height/capacity in order to keep axle loads within standard limits. Note the height differences! No speed restriction on the nearly horizontal line, but compulsory speed restriction on the nearly vertical line.
