Ever seen these kind of structures?? These are the foundation for the catenary mast.The foundations are generally laid 3m below the earth for each & every mast depending upon the soil condition.Therefore you see electrification of any new section is not an easy job. Appreciate the efforts that go in for electrification rather than always calling names. ()

I don't think anybody said that electrification does not require effort - only that these efforts are misplaced in most cases on the likes of negative ROR branch lines and single line low density routes. Anyway why get touchy and take these things...

Anyway why get touchy and take these things personally when they are discussed for academic interest only on the list/forum?

The third from the left is used in black cotton soil as the abbreviation suggests.
