It was a through line - exiting from Churchgate on the south side - and going towards Colaba on the land on which we now have a row of flats. I think this is called Cuffe Parade Flats. There was a pic of a LC gate too just south of the station building.

I wonder how the line to Colaba exited Churchgate station. Was it through the main triangular roofed building seen in the first photo, or was it through its lateral flanks?
