Traversing the length of the 7016, I came across this '06 make SL-coach. In my opinion, it's very passenger friendly, one of the best ever I've seen in a SL-coach. Couldn't take any pics of the bays though, due to objecting passengers :( 2006-05-26, Bizz

Here's another arrangement proposed by a pvt. vendor for retracting and extending the middle side berth in 3A coach. The arrangement is through triple hinged metal flats.

Another view of damaged berth from the top. For quite some time now I am finding 2A badly maintained in my earlier journeys. This coach apart from damaged berths had bad cooling and dirty curtains. The 3A in the same train were far better maintained.
