Metre Gauge First Class: interior of coupe. En route #6583 Cholan Express. 2004-01-04. John Lacey
The DD coach landing area. Note the padding above the seats on the upperdeck. Space up there is severly cramped. Also, some neat touches(extra padding) to avoid getting hurt while stepping down to the lower deck. 2005-10-19.
Seating arrangement in the lower deck of a double decker coach. 4+1 is the standard except for the first bay where the single seat makes way for some equipment. Note the rather poor headroom (especially for people above 6ft). Flying Ranee exp. 2005-10-19.
Inside the BG FC Coupe of Alleppey Exp. Luckily I was alone in the 2 seat Coupe that night. What more can a Railfan expect than to have a personal room
Another view of the BG FC Coupe. Hope I have such a luck to get a BG coupe all for myself each time I travel on Alleppey Exp

Hampi express FC coach corridor. This is one of the very few trains still having FC coach.Photo by Rajesh Tukdeo
End-on builders' plates belonging to RCF Kapurthala and CRW Bhopal, on a SL coach of the Konark Express. The "Non-Alt End" text is also unfamiliar.
The jam packed ACC of Vanchinad Express. Look at the information display board in the distance
Strangely indeed the interiors of the coaches looked very clean. This is the converted FC saloon. During it's FC days, it had large windows. Maybe the big brothers at BG yards should learn cleanliness from thier lesser known NG sibilings
Interior of another coach. Since this train is a Fast passenger, all of it's coaches have padded seats. Shatabdi of NG? Note the doors in the middle
The coach also has side berth type seats. These are for vendors but is usually used by elders to take rest
A new way of showing seat nos a newly POH coach on the SC-MAS exp (via kurnool) snaps taken at SC.
