We were traveling in this second class day coach type WGSCZ of the 1029 down Koyna Express when John (Mani) observed that it has two different numbers - build number (95158) on the metal label towards the right and a stenciled number (95609) on the bulkhead towards the left. The exterior of the coach carries the stenciled number. Any explanations ? 2007-01-06
