Lovely image. It seems due to vacation time it has been increased to 12 coaches. I would still say Jan Shatabdi should be made a 15 coacher throughout the year as it runs full almost on all days and also lots of foreign tourists travel a lot in this train.

Superb photo. I agree with you Arzan. This train has avg Moving Speed: 72 km/hr, 10 hrs 50 min taken to cover 765 km with 8 halts - It very much qualifies for Shatabdi class. It's all about increasing the speed towards Mumbai-end to achieve satisfactory min speed imperative to be in Shatabdi class. After all IR must showcase Shatabdi (wherever possible) to tourists.
