Very dark. More exposure needed. Use Bulb mode, with aperture f5.6 or lower. Determine the in and out extremes of the light in your frame. Meaning, you must pre-determine when to press the shutter and when to release the shutter in bulb mode. In most cases when the see the train enter your frame till the last of the lights is out of the frame. Then you get the desired results : streaks of light.

Good lights in the pic. Sharpness takes a beating due to aperture f1.8. Good noise control due to ISO 200. Overall good attempt to capture a difficult and tricky picture.
