does this black windshield denote any upgraded speed limits as that seen in a pic of a WAP5(having black eye shield) some months before which was equipped for much greater speeds?

GP.. This loco was on its way to HYB. It was put on the loop for an MMTS overtake. Must have been the Charminar power. Nowadays, the p4 that comes in with Satavahana returns back with the same train

This is a regular loco parking space and normally you would find a BZA WAM-4 here. The power for the outgoing Satavahana to BZA is usually parked here.
