This is not the last, but one of the last few. The different livery is to show that it is the first with Hotel load invertor.
Now full Ac trains can drop one EOG and be connected directly to the loco.

First look(in Delhi area that is) of the newly launched Tughlakabad(TKD) WDP-4B #40079, christined "PRATEEK" by DLW, V
Hotel load connectors in green colour visible on both sides. LH one is just a socket, while RH side has a cable.

Nice bold colours...from this view it gives an illusion that some parts are missing between the front and rear of the loco!

That is a locotrol receiver.
It is used for wireless MU'ing of locomotives.
