First look(in Delhi area that is) of the newly launched Tughlakabad(TKD) WDP-4B #40079, christined "PRATEEK" by DLW, Varanasi, it was resting at Anand Vihar yard, in front of the Sasaram Garibrath's rake. It was in shut down mode. I almost jumped out of the local when i spotted it while going towards Ghaziabad, I immediately got down from the EMU at Anand Vihar(ANVR), and went towards the yard, there stood this beauty in front of me, i was simply amazed and with permission from Yard officials, i took a few snaps!!
