That is steam coming off the radiator for sure. The cooling fan did not spin up I suppose owning to the already cool weather and as a result, higher water temperature running through the radiator results in this.

While the livery is a welcome change and looks decent, the face of the EMD loco going from bad to worse. This looks like a plasser machine with its face painted blue!

well sir just before the train arrived it was raining heavily and a cool breeze was blowing maybe thats why they switched off the AC... Thanks for commenting @amit ambekar sir
