Banking it. I have seen such cases before. Does not necessarily require so much effort, therefore they've coupled a WDS-6. I think Jimmy has taken a similar snap.

The WCAM3 is dead, facing towards Mumbai & is carrying a Train Name's board on it. Behind the WDS4D twins, one can notice a train led in by a ED WDMx loco. Shantanu, at what time of the day did you click this snap? Going by your series, considering the WDP4 led 6530's arrival at PA, the incoming rake led by the ED loco is the Nagercoil-Mumbai Express, & in all probability, the WCAM3 will take it over from the ED power.
One question!! Why is the WCAM3 waiting on the through tracks, & not at the ELS?

Vivek, another one is WDS-4 #19406 having this same livery which I'd spotted on Wednesday (26th) at BSR yard.

WR used to have one of these "Vacuum Cleaners" at Bandra. Is it the same one transferred to HWH or is it a new one?

Yes, it is around 4:30 pm , a winter day in Nagpur, the sun was perfect. Nagpur can get very bright and hot, otherwise, during a summer day around 4:30 pm.
