Isn't Diesel Component Works an older name Diesel Loco Modernization Works. DMW has taken to building new locos. The info is there on the webpage itself which says "During 2010-11, DMW has rebuilt 110 locos including 1 new ALCO WDM3D Loco" Posted by R Viswa Chandra on 2011 Dec 05 06:37:16 +0000 |
