Spotted this Brand new WDM3D #11367, Dec 3rd 5 PM,no shed, just CR, towed by a WAG9 led freighter out of TKD yard. WAG9 LPs confirmed it was headed somewhere in Maharashtra. Builder plate says DCW Patiala. Does DCW make entire diesel locos, like DLW Varanasi, or only refurbishes them ..? (Shikhar Parjan)
