Looks like the line maintenance staff are too scared to do their job of clearing the track of the weeds that are growing. Maybe, the tigers are too aggressive here !!

A query: In case of failures of the main loco (like in this cae) for shatabdi's or Rajdhani's and freight locomotives are put in as a replacement, who pilot the train? The A grade LP/LP or the C grade freight LP/ALP?
