Jagan MohanThats bureaucracy for you; people do things without even knowing what the hell they are doing. In this case someone was probably told to get a photo of a loco and he/she went and got the first one that they could. Interestingly, the rake behind the WAG-1 looks like a passenger rake. wp7713No, it's actually a very good view when you are sitting next to the window. When prepared for sleeping, the LB is just under the window, so again there is an excellent view.
