The glow effect of the twin headlights adds an aura of mystique to the loco.. This might be heading down towards the Raichur Thermal Power station.. Twin WAG5HAs might have brought this coal laden rake from GodavariKhani(Singareni Collieries)

True, SC has lots of AC Action. At one point of time, you will find a WAP5, WAP4, WAG5HA, WAM4p/6PD, all idling away together.. By the way, the AC Coach at the far end is the AC Chair car coach of the Golkonda.. Has been lying ther efrom the past 3 odd weeks...

The small opening could be due to the profile of the hill over the tunnel at that point. If the thickness of the ceiling of tunnel happens to be less than the specified limit, at certain points, then they must be blasting it open. This is my guess.
