Sorry for the duplicate message uploaded with another pic - it is in response to Rishi's comments and belongs on this page.

Rishi, The single track on the bottom right is the 3rd line that goes to Nagnath and meets the two older lines on the left at Jhambrung. The 3rd line is longer but has a gentler gradient, and hence is used mostly by descending freighters.

the 2860 up Touches 110 KMPH on a section haveing Max speed of 105. I guess a lil bit here and there does not matter

The WDM 2 has a Max speed of 120 KMPH. But due being over loaded they take an awfull long time to attain this speed. here in this Pic a WADM 2 is about to touch 100 KMPH.

Freight Trains on IR have a Max Speed of 75 KMPH. Though the WAG 7 has a Max speed of 100 KMPH, the speedo of this loco was set to sound the over speed buzzer at 75.

The stretch is under construction since many many years. but has gathered some momentum now. Amravati to Chandur Bazar is scheduled to be completed by March 2005. The Line is supposed to be a cross way to NDLS from AMI

I Still am not able to get the elusive reversing station. Also where does the line on bottom right go? Does it end at the substation, or go past it. I do not remember travelling on it.
