On the contrary, rebuilt locos smoke much less than regular WDM2s. An improved governor design regulates the fuel being dumped into via the injectors which causes better combustion leading to less smoke.

Thnx Shashanka, like I mentioned above, due to the massive size of the file, the panaromic effect gets subduded.
