That's correct, it is Nissan Jonga that appeared in Indian Military around late 60's.

This train was coming from Ghaziabad side instead of coming from the Mathura side.Maybe it was diverted because of the Bundelkhand Exp. incident.

Yes, Alok is right. The Samta gets an Itarsi WAM-4. I had recently traveled on this train from Betul to Gondia (well...almost Gondia)

This can only be a very, very late running AP Express to Hyderabad. The Dakshin Express doesn't have its AC coaches on the Hyderabad side of the rake.

Although I don't encounter this train often, I do believe it gets a WAM4 from Itarsi. It certainly doesn't get a Bhillai loco.

That's not a Jeep, its a Jonga, made by Nissan i think. Its rare to see these nowadays, and one so impeccably maintained. Nice catch!!
