Though I'm a fool in technicalities, something (the part which the man is holding) was too loose & rattling, and he was fastening it with a metal wire.

There were a number of trips from Howrah to Bandel in 2003 as part of the 150th anniversary celebrations. I was lucky to arrive at the right time!
