Take a close look at this new Shakti.Flat faced cow catcher like the WDM3D, LED marker lamps below the walk way and observe the radiator roof; there is a chimney sort of thing. Similar to whats there on the dynamic braking fans on a WDP4 thats near the driving cab but this one's high.
