Daytime pictures in sunny conditions usually require a very small exposure time. A 4 second exposure with f2.8 will completely saturate the picture. Also, there is really no way in which you can take even a 1/4 second exposure without shake if you do not have a tripod or rest your camera on some surface. If the object is moving at 100 km/hr, and you have no blur, the exposure time must have been very short (less than 1/500 sec probably), especially with f2.8. Just my 2 cents.

The time the picture was taken is exactly noon where the surrounding has more than enough light required by any camera. So the picture has come good obviously.

Well, even I myself was surprised at the clarity and the timing as I never expected the results to look so good. Also the EXIF of my camera seems to be lying - have a look at http://i1.tinypic.com/mih2pv.jpg - it is clearly a 4-second exposure, but the exif says 1/4 sec. Now tell me - is this kind of shot possible with a 1/4 sec exposure?

from my experience, for speeds of around 100kmph you need a shutter speed of 1/1000sec.

The angle is excellent , however i smell a bug in the EXIF data of the camera/phone. At what it is ,not only will the loco have passed you but even a bit of the SLR!
