The coach has an interesting number, 16****. Does this mean it is a 2001 built ? If so why AB? I thought if it was in 2001 VB may have never been produced! Could it be 91 or 81?

Pulastya, the actual length of the platform as mentioned at various sources (Including a board at KGP station) is 1070 M and not 1040.
