Strange livery. In electrical engineering terms, the broken upper line on the loco mean electric cable is disconnected!!! Which shed is it anyway?

Interesting pic and video. Look at the BOXN on the ramp in the background. Maybe they brought coal. Any idea what the art in the smoke deflector meant? Was it logo of some steam shed? The driver of this YP seems to be scaring off the lady!

Well there was decorations in the previous photo of the BRC WAP 4 and there is decorations in this one too. So my guess is this is the same BRC WAP 4. I could be wrong though.
