These are trollies for assembling new point and crossings and for moving these to the insertion site during block. T-28 machines pick up the new assembled point and crossing from these trollies for insertion in track.

The WAG-7 was going towards KLK, and the cables were being transported to CHANDIMANDIR station for ARMY works. Chandimandir is the only station between KLK and CDG.
