Yup. That is the driver of WDG 3A. We both became great friends almost instaneously and I spent the whole evening with the two drivers, on the footplate!! He happens to be a senior goods driver of SC division

Thats a UTV, which stands for "utility and transport vehicle" ("and" is optional sometimes). Used to load/unload sleepers/rails etc..
