The livery is similar to the derated WDM2s of Shakurbasti (SSB), which are now restricted to shunting only. Just replace the green with orange/red.

AFAIK this is a brand new loco turned out by CLW. It has never been to BRC before. From NDLS it was attached to 9024 Janata express.
