Yes it can't be CNB since it come's under NCR. WCR is TKD.

Thanx Sid, a search of the gallery yielded me a snap of this inside TKD shed. But another snap says its CNB, which it cant be.

Lovely pic !! AJJ had this livery ... but the black replaced the blue colour.Also,some of their WAM-4s had dual yellow stripes running across the body while most of them had single yellow stripe.
