You are right sid, she looks terrible in this un regular GOC livery. Look how beautiful the WDG 3A behind her is. The WDG 3A is in the regular GOC livery. Sincerely hope that GOC does not try livery experiments on the locos

This is not a rebuilt. And from what Apu told me, the cloth is meant to stop the icy winds going into cabs through the DBR ducts. But I don’t think this will have any effect at all!
