Well I think the picture is fine on its own accord because it was cropped, there would be no breathing space left and it would seem as if the loco would be right on your head. This is the teaching you have given me Sachin bhai. I’m just echoing it! ;-)

Most likely reasons are security concerns.
Any bomb exploding under the wheels in LHF mode, or collision with logs placed on tracks, the Loco Pilots are comparatively safer. Dinesh Hukmani
