Image is oversharpened, and there are lot of artifacts (from compression?).

Siddhartha, yes, this was a 3C! A few others have also undergone a change from 3C to 3A: #18549 of LDH, #18822 and #18893 of KZJ (ex GTL). Whether this is simply a mistake or a deliberate decision for some reason (problems with the 3300 hp rating, standardisation??) I don't know.
