As pointed by Karan, I too think RTM diesels with similar livery used to haul the BCT Raj some years back and it seems that this pic is atleast 3-4 yrs old!

Hey when was this photo taken? Recently or many years back? Because this is the famous erstwhile livery of Ratlam which was used specially for the locos which worked the Rajdhani!

Harsh that is not a lifting hole. Its used to haul locos incase they are unable to move, and the coupler & related mechanism is damaged. I remember having clicked a snap of that portion which mentioned: "To be used in case of accident."
