DMU at Rau

There used to be one rake between Delhi Sarai Rohilla and Rewari not so long ago. After GC it was split and half the rake was sent to Mhow while the other half to Jaunpur-Aunrihar in UP.I don't know if there are any MG routes in Bihar on which DMU's ply - can't be more than one.

Mhow - North End

Actually there are other busier MG only stations still - Pilibhit, Mailani and Bhojipura Jns come to mind. Even Rangapara North and Badarpur are bigger than Mhow, if not busier.

Narmada Bridge 1

No, this is a rail only bridge. A charming old road bridge is just upstream of this one and a modern but unused monstrosity has been built upstream of that. I have read that the rail bridge was built BG-ready - certainly it's wide enough to hold a BG track.

Narmada Bridge 1

Is this a rail-cum-road bridge with the road running below the tracks? The huge size of the cantilevers seems to suggest so.

Please keep this photo away from the Mumbai monkeys... else all efforts to "educate" them about the danger of rooftop travelling under 25kV AC will go down the train.
But seriously, how are these passengers safe so close to 25kV AC??

Ok, time for Mumbai Members to evaluate if the rooftop maniacs get "fried" under 25 kV of AC traction !

Thank God, they have preserved the uniformity of the livery. Note the JS-type coach. Is that an AC chair car?
