Is this the same loco that's been rotting away at Pune yard since '96?? I remember seeing one as long back as then, placed near the WDS4 trip shed.

It is sad indeed. The only charm of travelling by Rajdhani is the shorter time taken. It is really painful to enjoy the outside world with this kind of stupidity by IR babus. Cant understand where .........i have to restrain myself....
