Going by the passenger(s) of the unreserved coach who seem ready to climb, it seems like the route indicator has just lit up and the driver has sounded the horn and is about to move.
Regardless, it is a very pleasing image.

Just for comparison, the long service life of WAM 4, i believe might only be rivaled by PRR GG1 locos . WAM 4 have been given great service to country.
